Traveller from Musselburgh stayed in October,2009

The "dinning room" was part of the lounge so had more a feel of "pub meals" rather than restaurant, but was OK and reasonably priced. We didn't use the gym or spa, but certainly sounded good in the advertisements

Top Tip:
Reasonable distance from MEN arena where we were going, however gas works were in place at the time which meant traveling by taxi or bus was a pain. Free bus from train station to Liverpool road was good, think it's a permanent thing. Museum of Science and Industry straight across from the hotel and two nice restaurants indian and Thai. Great shopping
